Bitumen Emulsion Sprayer ( Tractor Trolley Mounted Bitumen Sprayer) is developed for track / Prime coat by hand spraying arrangement spraying application. This equipment is capable of applying uniform coating of Hot Bitumen & Emulsion on specified road surface. A perfect cleaning system cleans the bitumen pipe-line after used. Spraying pipe length up to 5 Mtr. And given drum loading system with chain pulley block of 1 ton capacity.
TANK
Tank is fabricated by 5 mm MS sheet and is coated by 40 mm Glass wool. This is done to prevent heat loss. The outer Covering is galvanized.
ENGINE
Single stage air cooled diesel engine of 6.5 hp at 1500 RPM. Engine power bitumen pumps and air compressor. Fuel consumption is 0.7 -1 liters per hour.
